  • RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

    (Applicable for www.vexon.in & Direct Selling Channels)

    1. Overview

    This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Vexon (operated by Bigwhale Marketing Pvt. Ltd.) for products sold through its website and authorized direct sellers. The Company complies with applicable laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

    2. Applicability

    This Policy applies to all purchases made via www.vexon.in and through authorized Vexon direct sellers.

    3. Return / Refund Eligibility

    Customers may request return, exchange, or refund if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable, provided it is unused and the request is raised within 20 days from the invoice date.

    4. Conditions for Return / Exchange

    The product must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of use or falling under hygiene-sensitive categories (if opened) are not eligible.

    5. Non-Acceptance of Returns

    Returns will not be accepted if products are used, damaged due to misuse, missing tags or packaging, reported after 20 days, or accepted as open/tampered delivery.

    6. Return Request Process

    Customers must email care@vexon.in within 20 days with invoice and reason. Approval will be provided within 48 working hours. Products must be shipped within 3 days after approval.

    7. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

    The Company will arrange pickup with up to 3 attempts. If pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship the product. Shipping reimbursement is capped at INR 300 upon proof submission.

    8. Return Address

    9. Refund Policy

    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after quality check approval and credited to the original payment method.

    10. Exchange Policy

    At delivery, customers must refuse visibly damaged packages and report within 24 hours. After delivery, defects must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing proof. Replacement is processed within 72 hours after verification.

    11. Refund Instead of Exchange

    Customers may opt for a refund instead of exchange if the product is verified as damaged or defective.

    12. Quality Check & Decision

    All returns undergo quality inspection. The decision of the Quality Check team shall be final and binding.

    13. Important Notes

    Refunds are processed only after product receipt. The Company is not liable for lost returns without proof of delivery. Business benefits may be adjusted as per company policy.

    14. Compliance with Direct Selling Rules

    This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and compliance with Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
