    This policy is prepared and published by virtue of Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”), and Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

    Person visiting our Platform shall be referred to as “User/You” throughout this policy.

    This Policy describes how we may collect or receive your personal data, the types of personal data we may collect, how we use, share and protect these data, how long we retain these data, your rights, and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

    Please note, by visiting the Platform you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.

    1. TYPE OF USER DATA WE COLLECT

    (i) Individual’s Personal Information (IPI)

    Individual’s Personal Information shall mean information capable of identifying the User and includes (but is not limited to):

    a. User’s name along with password.

    b. Name, address, telephone number, email address and other contact details including IP address of User.

    c. User’s date of birth and gender.

    d. Information regarding User’s transactions on the Platform (including sales or purchase history).

    e. User’s financial information such as bank account information, credit card, debit card or other payment instrument details.

    f. Any other items of Sensitive Personal Data or Information as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data of Information) Rules, 2011 enacted under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

    Example of Sensitive Personal Data or Information

    Sensitive Personal Data or Information includes:

    Passwords

    Financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details

    Physical, physiological and mental health condition

    Sexual orientation

    Medical records and history

    Biometric information

    Information received by body corporates under lawful contract or otherwise

    Certain information provided by Users may allow for personal identification of the Users, including email addresses, telephone numbers and other contact information.

    g. Identification code of the communication device used by the User to access the Platform.

    h. Any other information provided during registration or through communications such as email interactions with the Platform.

    i. The Company may also receive personal information about the User from third parties, such as:

    Social media services
    Commercially available sources
    Business partners

    If you access the Platform through a social media service or connect your account to a social media service, the information collected may include:

    Username associated with that social media service

    Profile picture

    Email address

    Friends list

    Public information available through that social media service

    By accessing the Platform through social media services, you authorize the Company to collect, store and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


    (ii) Individual’s Non-Personal Information (INPI)

    Non-Personal Information refers to information other than IPI and may include:

    User’s geographic location

    Details of User’s telecom service provider or internet service provider

    Type of browser used (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome etc.)

    Operating system of User’s device and the Platform visited before visiting our Platform

    Duration of User’s visit along with date and time of access

    Non-Personal Information may be collected through cookies.

    The Company may store temporary or permanent cookies on User’s computer. Users may disable cookies through browser settings, but doing so may limit certain features of the Platform.


    (iii) Individual Financial Information (IFI)

    Financial information includes banking or payment related details such as:

    Bank account number

    Debit / credit card number

    Card validity

    Cardholder name

    For purchases on the Platform, payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers. These providers may collect financial information required for transaction processing.

    All financial information collected by such third-party gateways will be used only for billing and payment purposes. Verification of financial details is done directly by the User through authentication processes in which the Company has no role.

    IPI, INPI and IFI are collectively referred to as “User Information.”

    Exception

    Information that is freely available in the public domain or accessible under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law shall not be considered sensitive personal data.


    2. MODES OF COLLECTION OF DATA

    (i) Information Provided Directly by User

    The Company receives and stores information provided directly by Users through:

    Registration on the Platform

    Surveys and contests

    Customer communication

    Any other interaction with the Platform

    This information helps us improve services and customize the user experience.


    (ii) Information Automatically Collected

    The Company may automatically collect information through:

    Cookies
    Browser activity
    Device identifiers
    Location data

    This information helps provide location-based services, analytics and personalized content.


    (iii) Email Communication

    The Company may receive confirmation when Users open emails sent from the Platform or interact with links contained in such emails.

    4. USER REPRESENTATION AND DISCLAIMER ON USER INFORMATION

    All User Information provided to the Company is voluntary.

    The User must ensure that the information provided is accurate, current and updated.

    The User confirms that providing such information does not violate any law or third-party rights.

    The Company shall not be responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of the information provided by the User.

    The User consents to collection, storage, use and processing of User Information in accordance with applicable law.

    The User agrees that disclosure or transfer of information shall not cause wrongful loss to the User or wrongful gain to the Company.

    The Company may transfer or share User Information within or outside India with affiliates, partners, banks or service providers for operational purposes.

    Such transfers will ensure that the receiving parties maintain adequate data protection standards.


    5. RETENTION AND SECURITY OF USER INFORMATION

    The Company implements appropriate security measures to protect User Information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

    User Information may be shared with third parties under confidentiality agreements.

    The Company shall not be liable for information shared directly by the User with third-party platforms.

    While reasonable security measures are taken, the internet cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Personal and financial information will be retained as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law, whichever is later. Non-personal information may be retained indefinitely.


    6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The Company does not endorse content posted through services and disclaims liability for actions taken by Users.

    Users agree that any damages claim shall be limited to statutory damages under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

    The Company shall not be responsible for loss caused due to Force Majeure Events.

    Force Majeure Events include:

    Natural disasters
    Civil disturbances
    Strikes
    Government actions
    Computer hacking
    Power failure
    Network failure
    Security breaches beyond reasonable control

    The Platform is intended for users above 18 years of age.

    In case of company restructuring or asset transfer, User Information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

    All employees and data processors handling User Information are bound by confidentiality obligations.


    7. CONSENT TO USE OF PLATFORM

    By using the Platform, the User consents to collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy and publish updates on this page.

    Users may unsubscribe from communications using the unsubscribe link in emails.

    The Company reserves the right to limit membership based on availability of contact information.


    8. REPORTING OF GRIEVANCES

    9. JURISDICTION

    Any dispute arising out of the interpretation of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Indian laws, and the Dhule Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    Users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

    To request deletion of your account and data, users may:

    Upon receiving a verified request, we will process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

    Once the deletion process is completed, the user will no longer be able to access the account or related services.
